Rachel is a versatile London-based consultant, designer and maker with focus on circular design, responsible product development and future-thinking. Her extensive experience and back catalogue of work within the global product market spans ready-to-wear, activewear, swimwear and interiors in collaboration with both start-ups and global giants including Sweaty Betty, Henry Holland Studios, Wolf and Gypsy Vintage, TALA, XTEP and We Are We Wear. 

 

With expertise in brand concept, research and trend forecasting, design development and tailored launch strategies, Rachel has undertaken roles with a diverse mix of industry leaders. Rachel is now freelancing on a project basis - collaborating,  innovating and building a reputation for her cross-disciplinary creative design.

Rachel's hybrid ingenuity of vintage nostalgia and futurism keeps her concepts unique, bold and modern whilst evoking a sense of joy and playfulness. Her distinctive approach to design has seen her work featured Vogue and WGSN, and her passion for sustainability, circular models and transparent sourcing brings a refreshing energy to creating products for the future market.

 

in June SS23, Rachel launched her own label, Label Hjem, pivoting on repurposing exisiting textiles into modern wardrobe staples, pushing the boundaries of conventional sourcing.
